Front Desk Supervisor

An exciting opportunity to work in one of the worldAcirc;Â’s most amazing alpine environments Aoraki Mount Cook National Park, New Zealand.

A fantastic new business is opening October 2010 and we want you to be our new Mount Cook Backpacker Lodge Front Desk Supervisor.

You would initially be part of the pre opening team and after opening will oversee the daily reception tasks, working closely with the Backpacker Manager to develop a great team.

The ideal person will:
Be a self-starter,
Have a huge personality,
Previous supervisor experience
Have great people management skills
This opportunity would suit someone with previous backpacker reception experience.

To be successful in gaining this role you would need to be able to work within a team, show initiative, have the ability to train and motivate staff, be able to develop and implement front desk operational policies and procedures have a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for quality and customer service.
