NSIA is offering a variety of world class training programmes which are a fusion of hospitality management and creative professional cookery. In fact, in 2008 NSIA won the prestigious New Zealand Culinary Fare 'National Training Excellence' award for the third time in a row. All tutors are highly qualified, professional and have the expertise to get you started on your professional career. NSIA is an approved training and exam centre of City & Guilds England. Our training processes follow the NZQA and the HSI standards. This enables the tutors to fully develop the students' learning skills, their ability to adapt well to all working situations as well as the necessary management skills.
