(1) Insulated container for cream, having ice or mechanical refrigeration, and provided with adjustable draw-off faucet for each cream measure. Often anchored to counter or wall. Also called cream dispenser. (2) Soda fountain unit with self contained ice cream cabinet. Creamer Rack. Rectangular basket of wire or plastic with compartments to fit glass creamers. Used to wash, fill, and store creamers.
