The Hospitality People are a Christchurch based hospitality focused recruitment company. Our aim is to provide an impectiable service to our clients and our staff. The Hospitality People are connected very closely to our sister company Katrina Gordon Tradeshows, which is a hospitality tradeshow which travels throughout New Zealand hosting 17 tradeshows a year, this relationship allows the two companies to be in contact with a large number of clients, and candidates nationally.

Our combine industry experiences ensures that we are all specialists in the hospitality field, this allows us to make informed decisions, and act fast when the need for hast has arisen.
We employ over a hundred temporary staff, and aim to up skill and train as many as we can, which creates a pool of staff that is hard to find elsewhere.
Our assignments can be as little as 3 hours, or as long as clients require staff.
We also offer permanent staffing solutions. Our team will discuss with you the details of your staffing requirements, conduct a file search to identify suitable qualified candidates and discuss those with you.
They will also work with you to develop a staffing solution that is tailored to your establishment. This could include job evaluation, advertising, screening, skills evaluation, short listing and placement management. Our consultant will work through the range of options with you.
