We require Glacier Explorer Guides for the upcoming summer season. Based in one of the worlds most unique environments our guides operate boat tours on the Tasman glacier terminal lake. This tour gets our customers up close and personal with the awe inspiring Tasman glacier and its huge icebergs while surrounded by the majestic mountains that make up the Aoraki Mount Cook National Park.
Successful applicants will need to be
Enthusiastic,
Professional,
Honest and Reliable,
Great communicators,
Have an outgoing personality,
Work well in a team,
Be capable of interacting with people from all walks of life
First Aid certificate (ideal but not essential)
Experience in boat handling (cadetship) plus any guiding experience is preferred but not essential, as all training will be provided. We provide competitive rates of pay (along with accommodation and meals if required).

Additional Pay Details

After completion of training guides hourly rate increases to $16.00 per hour.
